- Susan QChance, owner of Sierra Nevada Drilling, is my hero. My pump motor had to be pulled up and replaced along with the pipe. Normally, a truck is brought in with a crane to do this. That meant moving my pod, taking my fence down, digging up a rose bush, and crossing my fingers that my sprinklers stayed in tact. Instead, he bought the tool to pull my pump up the old fashioned way (manually). It took four people to do it, but bless his heart, he made it happen without me having to lift a finger. Now that’s customer service!!!! Thank you Sierra Nevada Drilling!
